VERIFICATION OF DAN HELD ITF段位轉換要點

The following procedure will be followed by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) for people who wish to affiliate as Black Belts when they were previously with other organizations.

以下手續及規定，供ITF會員段位換證參考，特別針對原本非ITF之其他機構黑帶段位持有者。

 

          1. First Dan to Third Dan  一段至三段

The ITF will accept the date of grading as being that date which is on the certificate from another organization if the national organization certifies that the date is acceptable and that the person is qualified to be that Dan with the ITF. The national organization must ensure that the person is competent in all of the ITF grading requirements up to the Dan held or sought.

ITF基本上接受與承認，來自該國家其他跆拳道組織認證核可之晉段日期及段位能力，但仍必須符合該國ITF國家組織所訂要求標準，以及ITF國際組織段位規章。

 

The national organization may decide to do one of two things:

國家組織可以決定以下兩者事務之一：

a) It may tell the person to apply for an ITF certificate for the Dan held. It is at the discretion of the national organization, but it is recommended, if the person is not to take a grading test within the next 12 months. The completed application form, signed by an International examiner of an appropriate Dan, should be sent to the ITF with the certificate fee, and accompanied by the original of the other organization’s certificate. This certificate will be returned with newly- issued certificate.

a.告知申請轉換段位者，能否申請轉換之裁量權。但建議在告知申請者後，且在十二個月內未完成晉段測驗，才行使此項職權。完整齊備的表格、合適段位的國際測驗官簽證，附上晉段費及他組織之原始晉段證明，一併寄送ITF總部。原始晉段證明會連新的段證寄回。

 

b) It may wait until the person is promoted to the next Dan. The completed application certificate form, signed by an international examiner of an appropriate Dan, should be sent to the ITF with certificate fee and accompanied by the original of the other organization’s certificate. This certificate will be returned.

b.將轉換段位者之申請，延至下次晉段後一併再提出。完整齊備的表格、合適段位的國際測驗官簽證，附上晉段費及他組織之原始晉段證明，一併寄送ITF總部。原始晉段證明會連新的段證寄回。

 

          2. Fourth Dan and above 四段及四段以上

The person must attend an international instructor course which is approved by the ITF. During this course the person will be assessed and it is the duty of the national origination to inform the ITF, before the course, that the person is to be assessed.

必須先參加ITF認可之國際教練課程；課程期間，將接受ITF之評估考核。而該國ITF國家組織，在此課程前，也有責任，對該員進行考核評估，並向ITF呈報。

 

Following the course one of the steps a) or b) above should be followed.

其餘規定，如前項a與b執行之。
