Prof. Chang Ung giving statements to the press Seul.En a great moment for the union of Taekwon-Do, the International Taekwon-Do Federation (founded by General Choi Hong Hi, founder of Taekwon-Do) has formed Korean Association of Taekwon-Do in Seoul, capital of South Korea, a country where there was only the World Taekwon-Do Federation and, for political reasons, was never found an ITF headquarters until now. For this reason, it is an extremely important part of the spread and growth of Taekwon-Do worldwide.

ITF President, Prof. Chang Ung, signing the Guest Book City Illustrious Mr. Yoo Wan SeulEl Ryung is the President of the Korean Association of ITF Taekwon-Do which has been legally recognized and registered by the Government of South Korea, as the non-profit organization focused on the development and dissemination of ITF Taekwon-Do throughout Korea.

Celebrating this event from 6 to 9 April were invited Professor Chang Ung, President of the ITF and 45 Demonstration Team members who made two demonstrations in Seoul and Chunchon.

More than 3,000 spectators enjoyed and showed great interest in the demonstrations made by the demonstration team of the ITF. According to the letter sent by Mr. Kim Hoon - ITF Secretary General of Korea in Seoul "Dear fans and practitioners Original TKD ITF: ITF We are located in Korea and Seoul, South Korea. Our ITF President and his entourage were honored by the highest authority of Seoul in the person of Mr. Kim Jin-Sun, Governor of the Province of Kang-won. In one of the official events ITF President signed the guest book Illustrious City of Seoul, was present Seoul Authorities and granted an exclusive interview with Yonhap News Television Network

張總裁雄向記者Seul.En報告一個偉大的時刻，跆拳道，國際跆拳道聯盟創辦的跆拳道創始人崔泓熙將軍，已經於韓國成立跆拳道總部在首爾，韓國首都，因出於政治原因，祇有世界跆拳道聯盟，從來沒有ITF總部到現在為止。出於這個原因，跆拳道全球的蔓延和發展的一個極其重要的部分。

由45位朝鮮成員組成ITF跆拳道表演對隊受國際跆拳道聯盟韓國地區總部（Korean itf Taekwon-Do Association）會長Mr.Yoo Wan Ryung邀請，將於本年四月六日至九日到南韓首都首爾作親善之旅，預計是本次表演將受世界各地關注。

本次行程目的為慶祝ITF韓國地區總部的成立，ITF韓國地區總部被南韓政府承認為合法官方非謀利機構，藉以在韓國宣揚及推廣ITF跆拳道活動。

透過上述表演活動，ITF將會向南韓人民和跆拳道好友展現出最正統和最高超的跆拳道技術。超過3000名觀眾欣賞，並在示範活動中表演隊由ITF表現出了極大的興趣。據金勳先生致函 - ITF秘書長的韓國首爾
